Phillip Loken
Phillip “King Phill” Loken is a photographer who describes himself as a "Black Southern Culture Documentarian." His photography is intimately tied to his lived experiences as a Black man in the American South. He wants to capture the rich history and vibrant cultural expressions that influence his subjects' lives. His photography employs a range of approaches including fine-art, documentary, and character-studies.
