Dreamville Music Festival 2022: A Photo Essay

    Views 3.2k

At the beginning of April, the J. Cole-led recording label Dreamville Records held their second annual Dreamville Music Festival at Dorothea Dix Park in Raleigh, North Carolina. With over 80,000 festival goers in attendance, the two-day multi-stage music experience was more than just a vibe. This festival created a community united under three common interests: music, needing a break from regular life and Dreamville.

As soon as they made it through the entrance, attendees were greeted by one of the numerous, beautiful flower installations; the perfect place for that memorable festival photo op. From there on, all throughout the festival grounds, they’d find food vendors like Oak City Chips and Boss of Vegan, a ferris wheel, a highly sought-after merch tent, a “Casa Bacardi” tent for all of the attendees’ turn-up needs and many more fun attractions.

This year’s festival performances included but were not limited to Dreamville’s full roster of GRAMMY-nominated artists, a headlining set from Dreamville’s Founder J. Cole, a special Gangsta Grillz set from DJ Drama featuring Lil Wayne, T.I. and the snowman Jeezy.
